Delivery Times
Delivery time is usually between 3–10 working days (Monday to Friday). It takes us 1–2 working days to process your order after it is placed. Once processed, your order will be dispatched, and delivery should take between 3–10 working days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is always free on all orders from Carry Quest.
Which Countries Do We Ship To?
We currently only ship within Australia.
Order Cancelling
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing it. We’ll confirm your cancellation if your order hasn’t already been processed or shipped.
Delayed Orders
Sometimes, shipping delays can occur. Please allow an additional two working days beyond the estimated timeframe and don’t forget to check your tracking code. If your package still hasn’t arrived after this period, contact us with your order number so we can assist you promptly.
Orders That Are Damaged or Inaccurate
Have you received your package but noticed it was damaged or contained the wrong items? Please contact us immediately with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem. Our support team will review your case and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
